This is a beauty made by long time maker Joel Chamblin.  It is a slip joint folder that measures 4" closed.  Micarta scales with a federal shield on the front, stainless pins and a lined thong hole.  I think this model is called the "Backpacker", but not positive.  Large swedge on the blade with large thumb nick.   The back of the blade is marked "CPM-154".  This is a hefty knife by one of the best.  Ask for knife #O27.
