This is one of Randall's newest non-catalog models.  The "Chef" knife.  It has a 6" stainless steel blade of 1/4" stock that is 1 3/4" deep with thumb notches on the top.  Nickel silver HEAVY DUTY guard, one red spacer and a contoured black micarta handle.  Comes with a sheath that is designed ONLY to protect the blade.  It will NOT attach to a belt.  The Randall catalog describes this knife as:  "Designed for kitchen use."  At this time I do not believe you can option this knife.  I think these are going to be VERY popular.  I'm having a hard time keeping my wife away from this one.  Hurry!  Buy it before my wife gets it....
