This GORGEOUS old model 16 has a carbon steel blade, square top nickel silver hilt and a  4 finger grip TENITE handle.  The blade looks to have been cleaned up at one point as there are no spots or scratches.  It measures a full 7".  The top portion of the clip point blade is sharpened about 2 1/4" from the tip.  The tenite is really nice with no cracks or chips with some shrinkage (see photos).  The sheath is marked  "HEISER" and the numbers "11" and "5".  I was told these old sheaths were made in small batches and this is probably number  5 of the 11 ordered.  This is a super nice example of an EARLY model 16.  Ask for knife #E77.
