This used model 1 "Special Fighter" would make a GREAT user.  It is a full tang model with a 7" stainless steel blade with file work added.  There are some light scratches but is full.  The nickel silver double hilt has been cut down substantially, but is nicely done.  The handle is black micarta in the border patrol shape that has had deep grooves cut into both sides and has a lined thong hole.  The plain button waxed sheath is marked "16 W" on the back and shows some wear but is fully functional.  Someone did a pretty good job of modifying this knife.  Ask for knife #E84.
