Minty Case "Rio Grande" bowie from the early '90's.  Case brought this model out in 1990 and the first year production were marked "19" "90" by the Case stamp.  Only in production for a couple of years, the later ones are only marked "Case XX" on the tang.  The sheaths were not marked.  This one is minty, but I don't have the box.   The 10" X1.5" blade is of 1/4" stock.  It has an oval nickel silver hilt and nice stag scales over a full tapered tang.  These look like early 19th century bowies!.  Not easy to find.  Ask for knife #E87.
